This is a dataset of four contrasting lines of wheat soils rhyzosphere collected in heat vs normal conditions during the years 2021, and 2022 in Northern Mexico. These samples were used to obtain insights of microbial compositions shifts between wheat lines and treatment conditions using 16S Illumina HiSeq Sequencing in order to respond if the microbes compositions is altered between wheat lines in warning conditions.
本数据集收录2021年至2022年于墨西哥北部采集的4组不同小麦品系根际土壤样本,所有样本分别在高温与正常对照条件下进行处理。本数据集的样本采用16S rRNA基因Illumina HiSeq测序技术开展分析,用于解析不同小麦品系及处理条件下的微生物群落组成变化规律,以明确在高温胁迫条件下,不同小麦品系间的微生物组成是否发生显著改变。
