In order to investigate the funcational and mechanistic role of ARID1A in regulating PDAC development and progression, we generated mRNA expression profiles from human pancreatic cancer cell line L3.6pl, which underwent ARID1A-depletion by CRISPR-Cas9 technology. The same-processed L3.6pl parental cell line was used as control. Overall design: mRNA expression profiles of human pancreatic cancer cell line L3.6pl in the context of ARID1A deficiency and treatment-naïve contidion.

为探究ARID1A(富含AT碱基相互作用结构域蛋白1A)在调控胰腺导管腺癌(Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma, PDAC)发生与进展中的功能及分子机制,我们利用CRISPR-Cas9技术对人胰腺癌细胞系L3.6pl实施ARID1A缺失修饰,获取其mRNA表达谱;以经相同实验流程处理的L3.6pl亲本细胞系作为对照。整体实验设计:分析人胰腺癌细胞系L3.6pl在ARID1A缺失及未干预状态下的mRNA表达谱。
