We used microarrays to identify the gene with altered expression in the hippocampus of depression mouse model with repeated social defeat stress campared to control mice. Overall design: Gene expression profiling of hippocampus in mice with or without repeated social defeat stress in vivo.

本研究采用基因芯片（microarrays）技术，对比经反复社交挫败应激造模的抑郁小鼠模型与对照小鼠的海马组织，筛选出表达异常改变的基因。整体实验设计：对经或未经体内反复社交挫败应激处理的小鼠海马体开展基因表达谱分析。
