RNA-seq data of fungus Trichoderma caribbaeum IHBT cultivated on sugarcane bagasse media

Transcriptome sequencing of the fungus Trichoderma caribbaeum IHBT was performed using a paired-end library on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. The sample included three biological replicates of mycelial samples collected at 0h, 48, 72 and 96 hours post-inoculation on sugarcane bagasse media.

本研究针对卡里巴木霉菌（Trichoderma caribbaeum）IHBT菌株，采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台构建双端（paired-end）测序文库并开展转录组测序（Transcriptome sequencing）。实验样本为接种于甘蔗渣培养基后0小时、48小时、72小时及96小时采集的菌丝体样本，各时间点样本均设置3个生物学重复。
