發明公開公報及說明書(1案1XML檔)

依專利法第36條規定，自申請日起18個月後應將該申請案公開。依此公開程序開放發明公開公報書目及說明資料，包括申請人、發明人及代理人姓名、發明申請案件IPC分類、發明摘要、代表圖式等項目，並包含說明書影像掃描檔，以1案1XML檔方式呈現。

Pursuant to Article 36 of the Patent Law, patent applications shall be published 18 months after the filing date. Under this publication procedure, the bibliographic and descriptive information in the invention publication bulletin is disclosed, including the names of the applicant, inventor and agent, the IPC classification of the invention application, the invention abstract, the representative drawing and other related items, as well as the scanned image files of the specification, which are presented in the format of one XML file per application.
