RNA sequencing of T cells from individuals with variants in CD101

In this study, we sought to determine if there are transcriptional differences in CD4 and CD8 T cells in individuals with different types of variants in the gene CD101. Overall design: We FACS-sorted CD4+ or CD8+ T cells from 3 individuals with no variants in CD101, from 3 individuals with a variant in the Ig-like domain of CD101, and from 3 individuals with a variant in the cytoplasmic region of CD101.

本研究旨在探究携带CD101基因存在不同类型变异的个体中，CD4阳性T细胞（CD4+ T cells）与CD8阳性T细胞（CD8+ T cells的转录差异。实验设计：我们通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）分选了3名CD101基因无变异个体、3名CD101基因免疫球蛋白样结构域（Ig-like domain）存在变异个体以及3名CD101基因胞质区（cytoplasmic region）存在变异个体的CD4阳性T细胞与CD8阳性T细胞。
