Current Meter Data from a Floating Sediment Trap, Gulf of Mexico, June 4 to 19, 2017

The dataset contains current-meter records from 5 deployments of a floating sediment trap during the ECOGIG-2 EN600 water-column cruise. The instrument was an ALEC Electronics electromagnetic current meter, suspended beneath the sediment trap at a depth of ~150m. Samples were collected in the Gulf of Mexico from June 4th to 19th, 2017.

本数据集涵盖ECOGIG-2 EN600水体柱调查航次期间，5次布放浮式沉积物捕集器所获取的海流计观测记录。所用仪器为ALEC电子（ALEC Electronics）生产的电磁海流计，悬挂于沉积物捕集器下方约150米水深位置。本次数据采集工作于2017年6月4日至19日在墨西哥湾海域开展。
