Unwrought aluminum and aluminum alloys import volume in India 2010-2021

India imported over 240 thousand metric tons of unwrought aluminum and aluminum alloys in 2021. This was the country's lowest import volume since 2011. Unwrought aluminum refers to aluminum metal that is obtained by casting without further working and is either smelted from alumina or recovered from scrap.
