Gene expression data of human mesenchymal stromal cells, fibroblasts and hematopoietic progenitors

The data presented is intended to analyse the changes in the expression profiles of human MSCs (Mesenchymal Stromal/Stem Cells) associated to different tissue specific stimulus. Human BM-, PL-, and AD- MSCs, and skin fibroblasts from healthy independent donors were isolated and expanded in vitro. Hematopoietic progenitors and stem cells (HSCs) were isolated applying CD34+ immunomagnetic selection.

本数据集旨在分析不同组织特异性刺激相关的人源间充质基质/干细胞（Mesenchymal Stromal/Stem Cells，MSCs）表达谱变化。研究人员从健康独立供体中分离得到人骨髓（BM）、外周血（PL）、脂肪组织（AD）来源的MSCs以及皮肤成纤维细胞，并进行体外扩增培养；同时采用CD34+免疫磁珠分选法分离造血祖细胞与造血干细胞（Hematopoietic Stem Cells，HSCs）。
