Proteomic Analysis of Biofilm Formation in Aeromonas hydrophila LP-2: Impact of orf-2341 Deletion

This project focuses on the proteomic analysis of biofilm formation in Aeromonas hydrophila LP-2. By comparing the wild-type strain and the orf-2341 deletion mutant, we aim to identify biofilm-associated proteins and explore the role of orf-2341 in outer membrane protein assembly and compensatory pathways.
