RNA-seq profiling of glomeruli, S1 proximal tubule, and the whole kidney of uninephrecomized rats. Rattus norvegicus

We sequenced mRNAs in microdissected glomeruli and S1 proximal tubule segments and the whole remnant kidney of uninephrectomized rats. Overall design: Male Sprague-Dawley rats received either right nephrectomy or sham surgery. Rats were sacrificed 24h, 48h, and 72h after surgery. Total RNAs were isolated from microdissected glomeruli, S1 proximal tubules, and the whole left kidney for RNA sequencing.

本研究对单侧肾切除大鼠的显微解剖分离肾小球（glomeruli）、S1段近端肾小管节段以及完整剩余肾脏的信使RNA（mRNA）进行了测序。
实验设计：雄性斯普拉-道来大鼠（Sprague-Dawley rats）接受右肾切除术或假手术；分别于术后24小时、48小时及72小时处死大鼠；从显微解剖分离的肾小球、S1段近端肾小管以及完整左肾中提取总RNA，用于RNA测序。
