In this study we explored diversity of V3 region of 16S rRNA genes obtained via barcoded 454 pyrosequencing (of 27 fecal samples collected from pig at the the 60th day of the trial) to demonstrate the modulation of gut microbiota and its possible role during SAL treatment in Bama pigs.

本研究对试验第60天采集的27份猪粪便样本采用带条形码标记的454焦磷酸测序（454 pyrosequencing）技术，获取其16S rRNA基因（16S rRNA genes）的V3可变区序列，以此探究该区域的多样性，旨在阐明巴马猪在SAL处理过程中肠道微生物群的调控变化及其潜在作用。
