Sequencing, assembly and annotation of Finnsheep genome. Finnsheep Genome

We sequenced the genome of Finnsheep, a highly prolific breed of sheep, using the combination of PacBio and HiC. The assembly was annotated using De novo annotation process.

本研究结合PacBio测序技术（PacBio）与Hi-C染色体构象捕获技术（Hi-C），对高繁殖力绵羊品种芬兰绵羊（Finnsheep）的全基因组开展了测序。随后，采用从头注释（de novo annotation）流程对组装得到的基因组序列进行了注释。
