Colorectal Cancer Histopathological Tissue Image Dataset：HMU-CRC-Clinical

This dataset is a collection of various histological tissue types from human colorectal cancer histology images. Specifically, all images have undergone strict quality control and were carefully selected by multiple pathologists to generate representative tissue images. Each image belongs to one of the following eight tissue categories: adipose tissue (ADI), cellular debris (DEB), lymphocytes (LYM), mucus (MUC), smooth muscle (MUS), normal colon mucosa (NORM), cancer-associated stroma (STR), and colorectal adenocarcinoma epithelium (TUM). The dataset includes 500 surgically resected specimens, resulting in a total of 550,000 high-resolution images.

本数据集汇集了人类结直肠癌组织学图像中的多种组织学组织类型。具体而言，所有图像均经过严格的质量控制，并由多名病理学家精心筛选，以生成代表性的组织图像。每张图像属于以下八种组织类别之一：脂肪组织（ADI）、细胞碎片（DEB）、淋巴细胞（LYM）、黏液（MUC）、平滑肌（MUS）、正常结肠黏膜（NORM）、癌相关基质（STR）及结直肠腺癌上皮（TUM）。该数据集包含500例手术切除标本，共生成550,000张高分辨率图像。
