Identification of a new Rsg1 allele conferring resistance to multiple greenbug biotypes from barley accessions PI 499276 and PI 566459

To identify greenbug resistance genes from a U.S. breeding line PI 499276 and a Chinese cultivar PI 566459, two recombinant inbred line (RIL) populations developed from crosses Weskan x PI 499276 and Weskan x PI 566459 were phenotyped and genotyped using genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS).为从美国育种系PI 499276与中国栽培品种PI 566459中鉴定抗绿蚜基因，研究人员对两个分别由杂交组合Weskan × PI 499276、Weskan × PI 566459构建得到的重组自交系（recombinant inbred line, RIL）群体开展了表型鉴定，并采用测序分型（genotyping-by-sequencing, GBS）技术完成基因型分型。
