Ellipsoid Factor Test Images

These are the three test images used to develop the prototype ellipsoid factor implementation, which was released in BoneJ 1.4.0 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.154386).They are binary tiff stacks that will open readily in ImageJ.There are two image stacks of bone, one from a large bird (emu.tif) and one from a small mammal (shrew.tif), and a synthetic image containing 3 rods and 4 orthogonal plates.

本数据集包含用于开发椭球体因子（ellipsoid factor）原型实现的三张测试图像，该实现已随BoneJ 1.4.0版本正式发布（DOI:10.5281/zenodo.154386）。所有图像均为二进制TIFF堆栈，可直接在ImageJ软件中打开。数据集包含两组骨骼图像堆栈：一组取自大型鸟类（emu.tif），另一组取自小型哺乳动物（shrew.tif）；另有一张合成图像，内含3根杆状体与4块正交平板。
