To investigate the regulation of human enteroendocrine cell differentiation, we established Neurog3ER inducible cell lines. We then performed chromatin analysis using data obtained from ATAC-seq of 2 independent human lines at various time points. ATAC-seq of 2 independent human lines at various time points.
