CRdb

CRdb curates a large number of available resources for CRs and providing extensive annotations and analyses of CRs to help biological researchers clarify the regulation mechanism and function of CRs. The CRdb database comprised a total of 647 CRs and 2,591 ChIP-seq samples from more than 300 human tissues and cell types. These samples have been manually curated from NCBI GEO/SRA and ENCODE.

CRdb 针对顺式调控元件（cis-Regulatory Elements，CRs）收录了大量可用的相关研究资源，并针对CRs开展了全面的注释与分析工作，以助力生物科研人员阐明CRs的调控机制与生物学功能。该数据库共包含647个CRs以及来自300余种人类组织和细胞类型的2591个染色质免疫沉淀测序（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing，ChIP-seq）样本。所有样本均通过人工手动筛选整理自NCBI GEO/SRA与ENCODE数据库。
