In-depth study of whether microorganisms contained in pasture environment have an impact on microorganisms in raw milk is essential to improve the safety quality of raw milk and its potential impact on human health. Because Yunnan, China, is located on the plateau(elevation 2000 m) and has no obvious four seasons, while its spring is dry and autumn is rainy. Therefore, in this study, a total of 34 spring samples (10 environments, 12 nipples, two samples of raw milk, eight samples of forage and two samples of drinking water) and 50 autumn samples (11 environments, 14 nipples, nine samples of raw milk, five samples of forage, six samples of dung and five samples of biogas residue) were sampled for further study. The taxonomic composition was evaluated to determine the impact of pasture environment on the microbiota structure in raw milk.
深入探究牧场环境中微生物对原料乳微生物的影响,对于提升原料乳安全品质并明确其对人类健康的潜在影响均具有重要意义。由于中国云南地处高原(海拔2000米),四季界限并不分明,且春季干燥、秋季多雨。因此,本研究共采集春季样本34份(其中环境样本10份、乳头拭子12份、原料乳样本2份、牧草样本8份、饮用水样本2份),秋季样本50份(其中环境样本11份、乳头拭子14份、原料乳样本9份、牧草样本5份、粪便样本6份、沼渣样本5份),用于后续研究。通过评估分类学组成,以明确牧场环境对原料乳微生物群落结构的影响。
