社會局應依遊民實際需求，結合本府各機關及民間機構、團體建立遊民安置輔導體系，辦理遊民支持性輔導業務。
The Social Affairs Bureau shall, in accordance with the actual needs of homeless people, coordinate with various municipal government departments, private institutions and organizations to establish a homeless resettlement and counseling system, and carry out supportive counseling services for homeless people.
