NRS-3743 | Register of summonses despatched to and received from other Courts for service [Bathurst District Court]

This register gives the number of plaint, plaintiff, defendant, Court to which summons despatched, date of despatch, fees for service remitted with the summons, return of service, fees returned for refund to plaintiff, receipt of plaintiff for refund of fees and date of refund. The dates of despatch are 15 July 1899 to 9 September 1920. Towards the end of the register "despatched to" is deleted and "received from" is added with corresponding changes in column titles. The dates of receipt covered are 30 October 1916 to 14 October 1920. (7/133). 1 vol.
