Grasslands Data set

This data set includes a variety of species some known and other unknown. Using a random number generator the coordinates in the grassland were determined. For each quadrat the species of plant was recorded along with the percent of the quadrat it took up, the number of individuals of each species, and whether the species was a grass. This was repeated for 12 quadrats.

本数据集涵盖了多种植物物种，其中既有已被认知的物种，也包含未知物种。研究人员通过随机数生成器确定了草原区域内的样方（quadrat）坐标。针对每个样方，研究人员均记录了其中的植物物种信息，包括该物种在样方中所占的盖度百分比、该物种的个体数量，以及该物种是否为禾草类植物。上述记录流程共在12个样方中重复开展。
