Cryo-OrbiSIMS peaklists for E. coli 50S precursor ribosomes

This database contains the peak lists extracted from cryo-OrbiSIMS mass spectrum of three samples: control 50S precursor ribosomes, those reacted with Erm and SAM and those reacted with Erm and N6-mustard analog of SAM. The data was collected using the cryo-OrbiSIMS facilities at University of Nottingham and processed using the SurfaceLab7 software to extract the peak lists.

本数据库包含从三类样本的冷冻轨道阱二次离子质谱（cryo-OrbiSIMS）图中提取的峰列表：对照组50S前体核糖体样本、经Erm与S-腺苷甲硫氨酸（SAM）处理的样本，以及经Erm与SAM的N6-芥子气类似物处理的样本。数据由诺丁汉大学的cryo-OrbiSIMS设施采集，并通过SurfaceLab7软件处理以提取峰列表。
