Relevant datasets:Uncovering the drivers of anuran age structure

This repository contains the data and R scripts supporting the analyses presented in the associated manuscript on age structure variation in amphibians. The dataset includes processed species-level age and body size data, corresponding environmental variables, and phylogenetic information used in the analyses. Individual-level records were filtered and aggregated following the procedures described in the Methods section of the manuscript. No additional data processing was conducted beyond what is reported in the paper. The provided scripts reproduce all statistical analyses and figures presented in the study.

本数据集仓库包含支撑相关学术论文中两栖动物年龄结构变异相关分析的数据与R脚本。本数据集涵盖经预处理的物种水平年龄与体型数据、对应环境变量，以及分析所用的系统发育信息。个体水平的记录已按照论文方法部分所述流程进行筛选与聚合。除论文中已报道的步骤外，未开展额外的数据处理操作。所提供的R脚本可复现本研究中所有统计分析与图表内容。
