This dataset contains raw LC–MS (.d) files acquired using an Agilent QTOF system.Samples include saliva collected from neurotypical control subjects and children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), both before and after a gluten-free modified ketogenic dietary intervention.Files are organized by sample ID and experimental group, as described in the associated manuscript.<br>
