Data set on stream meiofauna species richness and abundance and benthic sediments in Quebrada Prieta, El Yunque National Forest, Puerto Rico. The data set corresponds to the 8 months following the impact of Hurricane Maria in September 2017. Samples were collected in two tributaries, named as QPA and QPB.
