RNA-Sequece Analysis of si-YBX1and SI-NC IN 231 CELLS

RNA-seq was used to analyze the differential expression of mRNAs between si-YBX1 and si-NC231 cells. Overall design: YBX1was knocked down by transfection with YBX1 Smart Silencer in 231cells. After 48h, we obtained the samples.

本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术分析si-YBX1与si-NC231细胞间的mRNA差异表达情况。实验整体设计：通过向231细胞中转染YBX1 Smart Silencer敲低YBX1基因的表达，于转染48小时后收集实验样本。
