We report the transcriptome profiles of guinea pig cytomegalovirus (Caviid betaherpesvirus 2 ; GPCMV) infected and uninfected cells. RNA was harvested at an early time post-infection. Data sets from a lung fibroblast cell line (JH4), primary amnion derived cells (1° AECs), and HPV16 E6/E7-transduced amniotic epithelial cells (AECD) is shared. Overall design: Confluent guinea pig lung fibroblasts (JH4 clone 1), primary guinea pig amnion derived cells (1° AECs), or HPV16 E6/E7-transduced amniotic epithelial cells (AECD) were infected with guinea pig cytomegalovirus (GPCMV, Caviid betaherpesvirus 2) or mock infected in triplicate. RNA was extracted from these cells at 24 hours post-infection and sequenced by Illumina RNA-Seq. Data represents three expreiments and eightteen total samples.

实验设计概述:将汇合状态的豚鼠肺成纤维细胞(JH4克隆1)、原代豚鼠羊膜来源细胞(1° AECs)以及经人乳头瘤病毒16型E6/E7(HPV16 E6/E7)转导的羊膜上皮细胞(AECD)分别以豚鼠巨细胞病毒(GPCMV,Caviid β疱疹病毒2型)进行感染,同时设置假感染(Mock感染)对照组,每组均设置3个生物学重复。于感染后24小时收集上述细胞并提取RNA,采用Illumina RNA-Seq技术完成测序。本数据集共包含3次独立实验的总计18个样本的测序结果。
