The genes with different gene expression might be key genes to understand the effects of cAMP supplementation on the transcriptome of Streptomyces coelicolor M145. Overall design: 1 time point, 1 strain, 2 condiitons: control and cAMP supplemented culture, 3 replicates

本数据集旨在鉴定添加环腺苷酸（cAMP）的天蓝色链霉菌（Streptomyces coelicolor）M145菌株中的特异性基因表达谱。表达存在差异的基因，或可作为解析环腺苷酸添加对该菌株转录组（transcriptome）产生影响的关键靶基因。整体实验设计如下：设置1个采样时间点，采用1株菌株，设置2种培养条件——对照组与添加环腺苷酸培养组，每组包含3次生物学重复。
