Metagenomic of soil from Ficus tikoua Bur. and Eupatorium adenophorum

To investigate the interaction modes between the invasive plant, Eupatorium adenophorum, and the local plant,Ficus tikoua Bur , we conducted metagenomic sequencing on rhizosphere samples.
