This entry includes the Early Cambrian fossils from Sirius Passet, North Greenland, collected by 2016-2018 KOPRI expedition. The collections include various kinds of marine invertebrates, representing morphology of the early stage of animal evolution. Total of ca. 2000 kg of fossils were collected during 2016-2018 expedition.
The Early Cambrian fossils will help us understand the rise of the first animals during the Cambrian Explosion.
本数据集收录北格陵兰西里斯帕斯特（Sirius Passet）化石点产出的寒武纪早期化石，均由2016至2018年韩国极地研究所（KOPRI）考察队采集所得。本次采集的化石涵盖各类海洋无脊椎动物，展现了动物演化早期阶段的形态特征。此次2016至2018年的考察共采集到约2000千克化石。
这批寒武纪早期化石将助力我们深入理解寒武纪大爆发期间首批动物的起源与崛起过程。
