In this study, we use stable isotope natural abundance analysis and DNA molecular identification methods to investigate the temporal variation of the C and N stable isotope abundance and mycorrhizal fungi assemblage associated with two mature Bletilla spp. (Bletilla striata (Thunb. ex A. Murray) Rchb. f. and Bletilla ochracea Schltr.).
本研究采用稳定同位素自然丰度分析与DNA分子鉴定方法，探究两种成熟白及属（Bletilla）植物——白及（Bletilla striata (Thunb. ex A. Murray) Rchb. f.）与黄花白及（Bletilla ochracea Schltr.）的碳、氮稳定同位素丰度时间动态变化，以及与之关联的菌根真菌群落组成。
