Figure S4

Raw caspase activity measurements and code used in Figure S4 of primary Mus fibroblasts of genotypes tested in paper in untreated, irradiated, and neocarzinostatin treated populations. We used the Apotox Glo Triplex Assay, specifically for its measurement of caspase activity, and analyzed activity in a SpectraMax M3 Microplate Reader. Raw data from the plate reader is included in the folder.

本数据集包含用于生成论文补充图S4的、来自不同基因型原代小鼠成纤维细胞的原始数据：这些细胞分别处于未处理、辐照及新制癌菌素（neocarzinostatin）处理三种培养条件下，检测指标为半胱天冬酶（caspase）活性，同时还包含配套的分析代码。本次实验采用Apotox Glo Triplex检测试剂盒（Apotox Glo Triplex Assay）特异性测定半胱天冬酶活性，并使用SpectraMax M3 酶标仪（SpectraMax M3 Microplate Reader）完成活性信号的读取与分析。本数据集文件夹中包含酶标仪输出的全部原始数据。
