Notes: LP, leaf-expansion period; FS, the flower stage; GFS, the green fruit stage; RFS, the red fruit stages; RGS, the root growing after fruit stage. Descriptive statistics of 10 candidate genes based on the coefficient of variance (CV) and standard deviation (SD) of their Ct values were determined using the whole data set. 注：LP（叶扩展期，leaf-expansion period）；FS（开花期，flower stage）；GFS（青果期，green fruit stage）；RFS（红果期，red fruit stages）；RGS（果实发育后根系生长期，root growing after fruit stage）。基于10个候选基因Ct值的变异系数（coefficient of variance, CV）与标准差（standard deviation, SD），通过全数据集计算得到其描述性统计量。内参基因（reference genes）被界定为表达稳定性最优的基因，即变异系数与标准差最低（CV% ± SD）的基因。通过BestKeeper软件计算得到候选内参基因按表达稳定性排序的结果。
