Climate model output from simulation of abrupt termination of stratospheric aerosol injection

This dataset contains climate model output from a simulation of the abrupt termination of stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI). The termination shock simulation branched from G6-1.5K-SAI, which simulates SAI that limits global warming to about 1.5°C under SSP2-4.5 emissions levels and land use. In G6-1.5K-SAI, SAI is deployed from 2035 to the end of 2084. The termination shock scenario abruptly stops all stratospheric aerosol injection at the start of 2085, and the simulation was run from 2085 to the end of 2100. This simulation was conducted using CESM2.1.5, compset SSP245_CAM60%WCTS_CLM50%BGC-CROP-CMIP6WACCMDECK_CICE%CMIP6_POP2%ECO%NDEP_MOSART_CISM2%NOEVOLVE_WW3.
