To identify the DE mRNA and lncRNA between the recombinant pig follicle-stimulating hormone traetment group and control grooup. Overall design: Ten gilts with the same genetic background were divided into 2 groups (reFSH treatment group and control group) with 5 gilts in each group. All the experiment gilts were born in the same day, raised in the same breeding environment, and fed by the diet according to the Nutrient Requirements of Swine Eleventh Revised Edition 2012. At 210 days of age, altrenogest was administered uniformly for 18 consecutive days, and each pig was fed 20 mg per day. After 18 days, all the pigs were stopped feeding altrenogest for 2 days. The guilts of rpFSH treatment group were injected 1000 IU per pig, and the control group were injected the same volume of normal saline. The ovary samples of the selected pigs were collected at 234 days of age after removing surface follicles and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen to isolate RNA.
本数据集旨在鉴定重组猪卵泡刺激素(recombinant pig follicle-stimulating hormone,rpFSH)处理组与对照组之间的差异表达mRNA(differentially expressed mRNA,DE mRNA)和长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)。试验设计:选取10头遗传背景一致的后备母猪,分为2组(rpFSH处理组与对照组),每组5头。所有试验母猪均为同日龄出生,饲养于相同繁育环境中,并按照《猪营养需要量(第十一次修订版,2012)》(Nutrient Requirements of Swine Eleventh Revised Edition 2012)的标准配制日粮进行饲喂。于210日龄时,所有母猪统一连续18天饲喂烯丙孕素(altrenogest),每头每日饲喂20 mg;18天后停止饲喂烯丙孕素,休整2天。rpFSH处理组每头母猪注射1000 IU rpFSH,对照组注射等体积生理盐水。于234日龄时采集受试母猪的卵巢样本,去除表面卵泡后立即置于液氮中冻存,用于RNA提取。
