We present a complete description of black hole microstructure within Twistor-Entropic-Born-Infeld-Kaluza-Klein gravity with β-regularization.The model predicts: a foamy spinorial network replacing the classical singularity, stable Planck-scale remnants (Mrem ∼ 1011 kg) as dark mattercandidates, and modified Hawking evaporation with information recovery through twistor phases. Observational signatures include discrete gravitational wave spectra and CMB anisotropies at ℓ > 3000.
