Glycyl-tRNA synthetase (GARS) is a member of the ARS family that links the amino acid glycine to its corresponding tRNA prior to protein translation in the cytoplasm and mitochondria. In this study, we found that keratinocyte-derived GARS promoted the angiogenesis and inflammation of vascular endothelial cells through cadherin6 (CDH6).

甘氨酰-tRNA合成酶(Glycyl-tRNA synthetase,GARS)属于氨酰-tRNA合成酶(ARS)家族,可在细胞质与线粒体中,于蛋白质翻译发生前将氨基酸甘氨酸连接至其对应的转运RNA(tRNA)。本研究发现,角质形成细胞来源的GARS可通过钙粘蛋白6(CDH6)促进血管内皮细胞的血管生成与炎症反应。
