Phtheirospermum genome sequence

Phtheirospermum japonicum is the facultative parasitic plants belonging to Orobanchaceae. Whole genome of P. japonicum was sequenced with illumina pair-end and mate-pair sequences to make a draft genome for comparative analysis of parasitic plants.
