大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）在LB培养基中经不同浓度新生霉素（Novobiocin）处理5分钟后的细胞响应。关键词：剂量梯度（dosage course）。实验设计：以acrD基因缺陷型大肠杆菌LE234（Escherichia coli LE234 acrD-）为受试菌株，在LB培养基中分别以5、20、50、200 μg/ml的新生霉素进行处理，采集处理5分钟时的细胞响应数据，并与未处理的0分钟对照样本进行对比。
