本数据集主要面向输电网鲁棒规划研究。提出了一种基于风电极限场景的两阶段输电网鲁棒规划模型及其求解算法，主要记录了Garver-6系统、IEEE79系统的原始数据如网架结构、设备参数、源荷数据、待选线路等，以及规划结果如总成本、切负荷量、污染物排放数据、灵敏度分析情况等。
This dataset is primarily intended for research on robust transmission network planning. It encompasses a two-stage robust transmission network planning model based on wind power extreme scenarios and its supporting solution algorithm, as well as the raw data and planning results for two test systems: the Garver-6 system and the IEEE 79-bus system. The raw data includes grid topology, equipment parameters, generation-load data, candidate transmission lines, and other relevant information. The planning results cover total planning cost, load shedding volume, pollutant emission data, sensitivity analysis outcomes, and additional related metrics.
