Effects of 0.008% aminobutyric acid on intestinal microorganisms of weaned piglets

A total of 28 boars weaned on 21 days were selected and fed the basal diet for 7 days. The experiment started at 28 days of age with an initial body weight of about 8 kg and were divided into 3 groups: control group; Feed supplemented with 0.008% aminobutyric acid group. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The contents of ileum were collected, and the composition of bacteria and fungi were detected.

本试验选取21日龄断奶的公猪共28头，先饲喂基础日粮7天。试验于仔猪28日龄时启动，初始平均体重约8 kg，将其分为3组：对照组、饲喂添加0.008%γ-氨基丁酸（aminobutyric acid）日粮组。试验周期为28天。试验结束后采集回肠内容物，检测其中细菌与真菌的群落组成。
