Raw Seismic Navigation Data (P2 format) from the Puerto Rico subduction zone, acquired during Langseth cruise MGL2316 (2023)

This data set was acquired with the LDEO seismic acquisition system during an active-source OBS seismic survey of the Puerto Rico subduction zone, as part of R/V Marcus G. Langseth cruise MGL2316. This active-source OBS survey followed the Multi-Channel Seismic work done during the previous cruises, MGL2314 and MGL2315. The data files are in U.K.O.O.A. P2/94 format and contain Seismic Navigation data that has not been processed. The data set was collected as part of the project called Seismic Hazard, Lithosphere Hydration, and Double-Verging Structure of the Puerto Rico Subduction Zone: A Seismic Reflection and Refraction Perspective. Funding was provided by NSF awards OCE23-09734 and OCE23-09735.

本数据集采集自波多黎各俯冲带主动源海底地震仪（Ocean Bottom Seismometer, OBS）地震调查，使用拉蒙特-多尔蒂地球观测站（Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, LDEO）地震采集系统完成，该调查作为“马库斯·G·兰塞斯号”研究船（R/V Marcus G. Langseth）航次MGL2316的一部分开展。本次主动源OBS地震调查接续此前航次MGL2314与MGL2315所完成的多道地震（Multi-Channel Seismic, MCS）作业。数据文件采用U.K.O.O.A. P2/94格式存储，包含未经处理的地震导航数据。本数据集为下述项目的采集成果之一：“波多黎各俯冲带地震危险性、岩石圈水化作用与双向逆冲构造：基于地震反射与折射的研究视角”。本研究受美国国家科学基金会（National Science Foundation, NSF）项目编号OCE23-09734与OCE23-09735资助。
