We aimed to use transcriptomics, bioinformatics analysis, and core gene validation to identify the core gene and potential mechanisms for electroacupuncture (EA) treatment of mice with ulcerative colitis (UC). 本研究旨在通过转录组学(transcriptomics)、生物信息学分析及核心基因验证,明确电针(EA)治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型小鼠的核心基因及其潜在作用机制。本研究采用全长转录组(full-length transcriptome)进行测序与分析,并对对照组(CON)、葡聚糖硫酸钠模型组(DSS)及电针足三里(EA-ST36)组小鼠的结肠组织全长转录组开展比较基因表达谱分析。
