本研究采用金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）感染转基因家蚕（transgenic silkworms）与野生型家蚕（wild-type silkworms），以探究将亮斑扁角水虻（Black Soldier Fly, BSF）来源的抗菌肽（antimicrobial peptide）AMP49基因导入家蚕并实现过表达后，转基因家蚕的免疫能力。
