Therefore, in the present study, we screened differentially expressed miRNAs in mice infected with MCMV, identified the miRNAs potentially involved in hypertension, and experimentally validated our findings to elucidate the role of MCMV in the pathogenesis of hypertension.

鉴此，本研究对感染小鼠巨细胞病毒（Murine Cytomegalovirus，MCMV）的小鼠开展差异表达微RNA（microRNA，miRNA）筛选，鉴定出潜在参与高血压发病过程的miRNA，并通过实验验证本研究结果，以阐明MCMV在高血压发病机制中的作用。
