1. 针对IncI1型质粒多位点序列分型(IncI1 pMLST),检出以下变异类型:超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Extended-spectrum β-lactamase,ESBL)菌株ESBL-0062:trbA8#:核苷酸371位点T>C;ESBL-0441:ardA5*:59位G>A、137位A>T、271位C>G、331位C>T;ESBL-0450:ardA5?:199位G>A、271位C>G、331位C>T;ESBL-0477:ardA9#:199位G>A/C。 2. 针对IncF型质粒重复序列分型(IncF RST),检出以下变异类型:ESBL-0301:FIB-26#:251位G>T;ESBL-0382:FII-13#:77位A>G,同时FIB-20#:194位G>A、203位T>C;ESBL-0519/0565/0567:FII-35#:22位A>T,38位与39位之间插入CG序列。 3. 本部分为抗生素缩写对照表:Amp=氨苄西林(ampicillin),Ctx=头孢噻肟(cefotaxime),Caz=头孢他啶(ceftazidime),Nal=萘啶酸(nalidixic acid),Cip=环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin),Ffn=氟苯尼考(florfenicol),Chl=氯霉素(chloramphenicol),Tet=四环素(tetracycline),Smx=磺胺甲噁唑(sulfamethoxazole),Tmp=甲氧苄啶(trimethoprim),Str=链霉素(streptomycin),Kan=卡那霉素(kanamycin),Gen=庆大霉素(gentamicin),Col=粘菌素(colistin)。 4. qnrS与aac(6′)-Ib-cr不属于β-内酰胺酶基因,但可降低菌株对喹诺酮类药物的敏感性;其中aac(6′)-Ib-cr还可降低菌株对氨基糖苷类药物的敏感性。 5. 不可分型质粒的质粒大小以千碱基对(kb)为单位标注。
