Adaptation of RET fusion-positive human TPC1 cells to the RET tyrosine kinase inhibitor BLU667

The study is to analyze acquired genetic changes in the transition state of BLU-667-resistant cells in order to understand molecular mechanisms of residual tumors in their transition to resistance to RET kinase inhibitors.
