小细胞肺癌(Small Cell Lung Cancer, SCLC)在分子与免疫层面均具有异质性。本研究针对人类、小鼠细胞系及患者样本中的可塑性小细胞肺癌状态开展转录组与表观基因组谱分析,明确了一类以主要组织相容性复合体I类(Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I, MHC I)抗原呈递水平升高为特征的SCLC群体的表型。本研究对同基因SCLC细胞系中的配对转录组与组蛋白H3赖氨酸27三甲基化(H3K27Me3)信号,以及MHC I高表达与低表达的SCLC细胞系及患者样本的转录组进行了检测分析。
