We performed microRNA profiling of doubled haploids and autotetraploids that generated from a Chinese cabbage doubled haploid line ‘FT’ using the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform and analyzed differentially expressed miRNAs. Overall design: microRNA levels were examinated in doubled haploid and autotetraploid petals of Chinese cabbage.

本研究采用Illumina高通量测序平台（Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform），对源自大白菜双单倍体品系‘FT’的双单倍体（doubled haploid，DH）与同源四倍体（autotetraploid）开展微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA）表达谱分析，并对差异表达miRNA进行了系统性分析。实验设计：本研究检测了大白菜双单倍体与同源四倍体花瓣中的miRNA表达水平。
